3. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in full before service activation unless a written agreement states otherwise.
- Pricing is discussed and finalized during consultation or as displayed on our website.
- For any monthly subscription services, payments are processed in advance each billing cycle.
4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 15-day satisfaction-based refund for eligible products/services.
- Refunds must be requested via email at support@aiscaleagent.com within 15 days of purchase.
- Custom implementation services that have been fully delivered are non-refundable.

5. Performance Guarantee
Some services are eligible for our “100% Results in 30 Days or You Don’t Pay” guarantee.
This is valid only if:

Failure to comply with collaboration requirements may nullify the guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

- You are granted usage rights only for internal business implementation, not for resale or commercial redistribution
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for project execution
- Allow access to relevant systems and data (if required)
- Ensure compliance from your internal team
Delays caused by lack of cooperation or incomplete information may impact delivery timelines and guarantee eligibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
- While AI Scale Agent provides best-in-class systems, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g., revenue loss due to technical failures not under our control).
- Implementation success also depends on market conditions and internal team execution.
10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
- Our AI strategy and implementation may involve external platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM tools, automation software).
- We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, or policy restrictions from these third-party providers.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- There is misuse of content or disrespect towards the team.
- Payment obligations are not met.
- Terms stated in this agreement are violated.
12. Modifications to Services & Terms
