Once we receive your request:
- We process your refund within 3–7 business days
- The amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment
- No deductions, no hidden fees
❗ Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable to:
- Customized AI implementation projects that have been fully delivered
- Services beyond the 15-day period
- Payments made for special or custom-requested development work
